Quick Access: Pin What You Love!

Music is personal, it’s the soundtrack to your mornings, workouts, and quiet nights. Your app should feel just as personal. That’s why we created Quick Access, to bring your music, your way

With Quick Access, you can now pin your favourite content to the top of your home tab. The moment you open the app, your favourites are front and center - no more scrolling or searching to find what you love most.

It’s a small change that makes a big difference. Whether it’s your “Morning Motivation” playlist, the album you’ve had on repeat, or that podcast you catch up on every night, you’re in control of what takes top billing.

How It Works 📲👆🏼

It’s easy:

  1. Go to your Home tab and long press your Quick Access section at the top
  2. In the Customize Your Pins menu, add content to an empty slot, or remove one if you need to make space (you can pin up to 8)
  3. Pick what you want to pin, then tap Save in the top right when you’re done.

And that’s it! You can pin multiple items and rearrange them anytime, so your top section always fits your current mood or routine.

With Quick Access, you’re not just curating playlists, you’re curating your experience. So go ahead, pin your favorites today then share your pinned layout with the community.

Hello, I also don't see Quick Access in the iOS app yet 😢, but it does appear in the web app.

I wonder, does everyone who can’t see the Quick Access, use the most recent Deezer release for iOS? I’m using 11.7.0 (11.7.0.5) and I do have the Quick Access option.

I’m not getting the quick access either, and used the same version as you @awesomemac and the same issue on 11.8.0.1.

    Om Reddit I’ve been reading different results after clearing the cache;

Also, have you tried to delete the cache in the Deezer app settings?

Try to increase the smart cache bar to the max in the app settings as well, that will help 👌

Let us know how it goes! 👨‍🔧

Most folks seem to be having the same issue on the posts I saw on reddit. Deleting the cache, reinstalling the app, turning the phone off and on, making sure I have the latest iOS version, trying both the release and TestFlight versions all come to the same result.

There is the option to pin to the home page, which works, but only on macOS for me, not on iOS.

Thanks for the suggestion anyway, hopefully the devs will sort it *soon*.

Pins disappeared from latest Android app as well, really annoying, I hope they get it fixed asap.

I was so excited about this at first and I do have some playlists pinned… but in reality I rarely use it because it allows me to pin most anything I want EXCEPT the primary thing I would like to use it for, to mark new stuff I haven’t listened to yet before deciding if I’m actually adding it to the library (or just because it’s new and I’m excited about it and want easy access to listen a lot!). IDK if there’s a set time a thing has to be on the platform before you can pin it or what but it always seems to be at least two weeks after release which is SO ANNOYING; since the “new releases” alerts are so difficult to access (separate issue I guess but related) rather than simply somewhere I can scroll through and return to them, I want to go through them and pin a few things that look of interest to check out at my leisure. Alas. I cannot do this :(
