I have a Samsung tv. Deezer app will not open at all.

just says Deezer server is not connecting 

I have had Deezer account for 5 years and works perfectly on Apple products but despite restarting network and trying to load app repeatedly it just won’t work.

Would never have bought Samsung tv if I’d known this is a long standing problem spanning several years 

How will you fix this ?

The forum with similar issue (was about Samsung monitor) is closed, and has no updates - that looks unfair to consumers.

So be happy deezer, if my kids will continue to cry about the app, I will buy another subscription. 


Good evening!Why don't you make an update, regarding the music in the favorite and the one in the playlist, so that you can select to be played from the last song added?You fell behind with the payment on the TV... I also requested in the past that it was behind with the application and only after years did you do something... I don't understand why I pay so much money and the maintenance people don't come with something good in the application, I always have to write to you to come up with good ideas...

I'm looking into finding out what was the version you released one year ago because it's been since 10/5/2021 I'm stuck on version 1.2.9 for my Samsung tv model QN65Q60TAF. I'm still having the issue described in this previous ticket :

So yeah, I'm looking into fixing the flow playing the same song even if it's not supposed to play another title shown on the tv.... 

 

I looked to download the new version, but looka like 1.2.9 is the latest for me..

L'application Deezer sur smart TV tizen Samsung est buggée depuis son lancement. La lecture de titre fonctionne sur les premiers morceaux puis c'est comme si ils passaient en mode repeat peu importe la playlist programmée. Le mode flow et lecture d'une playlist ou même d'un album sont concernés… franchement j'ai ma tv samsung the frame depuis 18 mois et toujours pas d'évolution. C'est inécoutable !!!! Faite une mise à jour avec des corrections SVP deezer sinon arrêtez de dire que vous avez une application pour les TV samsung.

@Yula  When using the app for Tizen OS / Samsung TVs I've noticed than when selecting  the option for "discography" of the artists one does not browse the albums of the artist but playlists that include music of the artist. It is very frustrating. Could this be corrected for the next update?
