Deezer just improved the lyrics experience, and now offers the translation of lyrics*, directly on the app!

 

Are you learning a new language?  Here is a fun way to learn new vocabulary… 

Read Adele’s lyrics in french, and cry in french. 

In love with a Spanish speaking person? Share with them one of Ed Sheeran’s love songs and they will finally be able to read between the lines… 

Are The Weekend’s Spanish lyrics as dark as the English ones? Yes, they are. 

 

 

Deezer tip: if your phone is in the language of the song, then you won't be able to see the translation (if it exists), you'll have to switch languages first :)

If a Product Manager read the feedbacks, it would be nice to have an icon for translated lyrics, like the little mic for available lyrics ;)

Thats a very cool feature. It would be nice to have an option to choose which translation is shown.

Hello. Would you like to know when other languages will be available for translation? Of course, I understand that this is a very hard and slow job, but I would like to try the feature a year after it was introduced. It would be nice if the lyrics could be translated into English regardless of the language of the device/application, because sometimes you need to translate songs from Spanish at least into English to understand.

Sería genial poder encontrar las traducciones de las letras en otros idiomas. No sólo de algunas canciones sino de todas. Hay otras apps que sí tienen la traducción de la mayoría de las canciones disponibles en otros idiomas, pero este no es el caso de Deezer, que solo tiene algunas. ¿Sería posible añadir una herramienta de traducción dentro de la misma aplicación?
