Im unable to play some songs it pops up the message “Your computer seems to be offline. We'll keep trying to connect.” then “An error occurred. Please try again later” ive tried reinstalling the app clearing my cache and disabling add blocker oddly enough deezer on mobile does not have this issue the issue is with both the desktop app and the web app it been going on for about 2 weeks

5 am ~ ethan bortnick

planet zero ~ shinedown

now ~ staind

18+ ~ scene queen

wax wing ~ periphery

Hi @just trevor, I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue.

Can you check if you've installed our newest version, 6.0.90 - https://www.deezer.com/desktop/download?platform=darwin&architecture=x64

Also, for the browser as workaround, try different browsers or alternatively use the incognito mode to see if you don’t get errors.

No luck, I tried the latest version and incognito mode still having the same issues.
