Unable to log in to mysqueezebox.com

Since yesterday, my squeezebox players and server (raspberry pis) have only been able to play Deezer Smart Radio. Mysqueezebox.com will not accept my credentials to log in to Deezer even though they are correct and I have a paid hifi account. Deezer has been working without a problem for years on my system. Anyone else having the same problem or know the solution?

Yes, same here. But also squeezebox server - running a win10 - logs says that not able to connect mysqueezebox.com. But still able to login with browser from the same pc.

My squeezebox server logs say the same thing: ‘Slim::Networking::SqueezeNetwork::_error (423) Unable to login to SN: Invalid mysqueezebox.com username or password’

I was able to log in to a different mysqueezebox.com account on the website, where I am already logged in to Deezer, but seems squeezebox server cannot connect to that different account either. Looks like the problem at the mysqueezebox.com end?

And just like that, my connection to Deezer through mysqueezebox.com is back. Problem must have been with mysqueezebox.com

As other people have said, the continued existence of that site is really important for those of us who access Deezer through our squeezeboxes.

Yes, again, same here! Started to work also just like that, all is back to normal. Great!

Mine does not work. Same thing, it would not accept credentials for Deezer on mysqueezebox.com. Tried also from the players directly but same issue.

Same here. Can't access my Deezer Music anymore in LMS. Mysqueezebox.com days wrong credentials when trying to login in Deezer, while credentials are correct.

I have the same problem. Mysqueezebox.com is not able to login into my Deezer account. I hope Deezer will solve this problem really soon. After 10 years of continuously havig a premium account I do not want to quit. Unfortunately my Deezer subscription is completely worthless without integration of squeezebox.

Well, yeah. Same problem again today than earlier… Only smart radios available and cannot login to deezer account from mysqueezebox.com. But this time there’s no error in squeezebox server log.

Could it be that Deezer recently changed the login procedure? When looking at the developer guides I see a reference that a login popup will be openende for authentication but this is kot the case in Mysqueezebox.com.

Same problem with no access to Deezer from LMS since 2 days now on.

Deezer guys, please respect LMS/Squeezebox ecosystem listeners with most of them premium accounts and thks to fix asap trouble.

From a post of mherger I understand that Deezer is indeed not very helpful up to now.

I can’t figure out how to uncheck my message as an answer. I don’t think it’s an option.

I raised a ticket as recommended in the slimdevices thread and they replied:

I don’t like the way the say ‘resolved for now’. And right now it is not working again.

Right now, I can log in on mysqueezebox.com, and it shows all my players. But the squeezeserver is only offering smart radio (I have Deezer family), and if I try to play something from the smart radio the log says ‘Remote streaming Deezer track’, but it doesn’t play.

Same issue for me too, getting “Invalid username or password” on mysqueezebox.com :(  Only started happening last few days.

I would move back to Spotify or Tidal but just just signed up for another 12 months :(

I can log into deezer so know the user name and password are correct 

I can play radio stations etc so squeezebox is working ok 

really annoying as I have a party tomorrow and really want my music to work, at this rate I will be looking at spotify to play on my Raspberry Pi’s

There is a large Squeezebox family, some of us  (like me) has been using Deezer for many years.

We have always supported Deezer, even though many friends have switched to other steaming portals.

PLEASE PLEASE don't let us down now.

Help us actively so that we “Squeezebox friends” don't have to change the streamingprovider.

From today I can listen Deezer on my Squeezebox players. Is this only a temporary malfunction 😥 or Deezer stopped support 😡 the best digital music players?

Please let me know asap, because if it was stopped, I would jump to Tidal with my family subscription (after almost 7y).

No way! I’d rather replace music provider that I replace mine SB players by Sonos.

I can’t log into Deezer anymore. Unfortunately I just bought a year long premium Deezer subscription.

Please help with this issue, I don’t like other streaming services.
