advice from Bose  fyi, hopefully they hit this date or better this time

 

"Bose is aware of a technical issue affecting Deezer and Radioplayer music services for the SoundTouch line of products. We are working as quickly as we can to develop a firmware update to address the issue and anticipate having the solution ready by October 15, 2021.

We understand this issue impacts we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work quickly to deliver a resolution.

Quick update. I got a system update on my Hisense tv and once I updated the software, Deezer is now working. Thanks all.

For the other devices, perhaps check to see if there is an update.

Due to a global security certificate expiration, a number of devices (particularly older devices) have started experiencing connectivity issues between some of our partner’s servers and the Deezer platform.

 

We are contacting our partners to let them know that an update is necessary from their end in order to solve the issue.

Can someone tell me what the issue with no being able to use deezer on my fitbit anymore?! Its been a week and its driving me nuts!!

Hi, I to am experiencing this issue.  Are Deezer looking at compensation to customers who arent able to use the service whilst still paying for the service?..comments please......

Back working in the UK now after Bose update, finally 

Has this been resolved for the Fitbit Sense yet?  Been trying for the last few days to sync music to my Fitbit Sense.  Fitbit App says that it is connected and playlists have been selected but, there is no device or music on the actual Fitbit Sense.  When is this expected to be resolved?

Hi, Deezer still not working on my Philips smart tv. It only shows loading page. When the problem will be resolved?

It is still not working on my fitbit sense

Any idea how long it will take?

Latest update is that it is working in Bose after the latest firmware update.
Users also reported that it is working in Phillips TV app @bobliq  (please let me know).
It is taking longer with other devices such as Fitbit @Lindager but we are getting there. However we don’t have an ETA for the fix yet.

Is this issue affecting the early-generation Amazon Echo, as that still isn’t working, yet I’m seeing no updates posted here on those devices? I was told in another friend that the expired certificates were the problem.

My TV: 50PUS6523/12 with last firmware.

@Jaime. it is not working on my phillips tv either. Just checked for updates and there are none.

TV is 55PUS6704/12.

Still can't get Deezer to work on my Fitbit Sense!!! Disappointed is an understatement!!! I'm now cancelling Deezer!! I've been using Spotify over the last few days and I have to say, absolutely amazing and blown away with their library of music! Half the stuff on Spotify isn't on Deezer! I think Spotify is that good, just ordered the Spotify mighty, which is a tiny clip on player that allows you to listen to Spotify offline when running, without your phone! Fitbit and Deezer should be ashamed, given these connectivity issues that appear to go back many months and still not resolved!!!!

Well Jaime - its seems a 'Worldwide' prob with a load of devices, even my Samsung tablet.... has not had any probs since joining in 2018.. til NOW...         this MS0002 error being showen as missing thus will not fully function, otherthan the very last album I selected which, I can repeated play. The only service fm Deezer in past week has been off en on... more Off than on.  Like 'unable to load'... any offerings.!!!

Please can someone advise when Fitbit Sense devices will be fixed as this has now gone on far too long!

@davidno @Peted666 I wish I could have better news, but to the honest and 100% transparent, I am not able to provide an exact date/time for the Fix as it also depends on our partners as we mentioned before.

Hi, Deezer still not working via my Bose SoundTouch device. It not working for a while now but every month Deezer charges me!! 
When will this fix plz? (Belgium)

Did you use the Bose app to perform the recently released firmware update for the Bose speakers? After that, deezer works again.

Indeed, just did updates. Working now. Thanks. 
Usually, there is warning telling me I need to perform an update. This time none. 
For now, it’s working 👍 😊

 

Same problem here.... Unable to connect to Fitbit Sense. I have subscribed with the 3 months promotion but only to work with Sense. I will return to Spotify if you are not able to fix... Sorry

Is there anything that we as Fitbit customers can do to help move this along, like contact their customer service and say a few magic words to get them to do their part?
