Hi

I live in France and listen to Radio 2 through deezer on my sonos system. I keep hearing a message coming through the speaker saying I will soon be able to listen to it and to contact my supplier. I cant seem to be able to send a private message to deezer, nor would I know what to do to be able to continue listening to it. Any advice?

Can you listen to Radio 2 from the app directly? Is this message coming through only when you play it on Sonos?

Ok could you please. 

Reinstall the Sonos app and log in again with your deezer account?
