problems with Alexa and Deezer playlists

I have added deezer to my amazon echo. I can ask it to play a particular playlist. Sometimes it just can't find them. Other times it will find it but only recognise the first song. These are playlists it has successfully played before.

Hi @thehouseofbailey

Please try to reboot it, unlink Deezer, uninstall the app restart the devices and link it again, please make sure to do it with a paid account, than it should solve the problem. 😊

Take care! ✌🏽

Tried all those. I tried creating a new playlist with all the same songs. This had the same issue. I removed the first song then it started working. However after a few times listening to this list it started only playing the first 6 songs.

I really think there is an issue reading playlists from Deezer.

Can you please contact our Customer Care Team, they can investigate it better checking your account. 🕵🏼

I’ve the same problem. Also unable to play any playlists on request due to the error message “I’m having trouble getting that right now, please try again”
When will there be a fix please? I only subscribed to Deezer so as to play it via Alexa devices.

Hey @r7583786 can you give me an example of the specific command you give Alexa when it answers like that?
