Play button no longer functioning

Just updated to Desktop Client v7.1.90.  I cannot play any music.  Neither the play button, the space bar, nor the playback option in the menus work.  There is no playback at all.

    Hi ​@Rowan_M ​@Arthur Oliveira ​@ZaZ0u can’t reproduce the same issue on that version, but as ​@bluezzbastardzz said, try to installed the most recent version. Here’s the link - Deezer 7.1.100 and let us know if problem is gone.

     

     

    This update did the job: The play button is working again.

    The Deezer Windows app is working fine now at my end.

      Hi folks, sorry for that experience. As mentioned, the rollout is happening, and yesterday it hit 30% already. We could do it faster, but there were some concerns about that fast release. And with the fix, we are deploying a long-time wanted feature - Gapless - that was not available on the desktop app. And more good stuff is coming this year to the desktop app between bug fixes as well.

          Wow, finally gapless playback in the desktop app! 😍 This makes waiting for the rollout much easier.

          By the way, yesterday I shortly tested the internal scrobbling of Deezer again, and it seems to be working as well, so that huge lagging until you see the scrobbles on Last.fm might be gone, too.

            But when I’m offline I can’t play my playlists,

            even though all tracks on the playlists are in my downloads.

            I think that feature used to work better before?

            Can anyone confirm?

            It work, but only when you start him from section "Downloads". But when you exit from app , app dont' save current position or track that playing and start with clear playlist (when offline) or random ptracks when online (same as browser version)

            Ok, so it was my mistake. I now downloaded my playlists as well as the albums/songs,

            now playing playlists works as it should, even offline.
