No more last.fm connection?

Hi! I noticed that last.fm stopped scrobbling recently, I came to deezer to check… and no such options?

    Then you might have created a free Deezer account in the past and connected it to Last.fm before you joined the Family. This seems to work with separate free accounts and their own login as long as they have not joined Family or Duo. Afterwards the Sharing Preferences are gone as well, but scrobbling still works. Profiles created by the admin e.g. for the children using the admin login credentials will not see the Last.fm connection in the Sharing Preferences at all.

    If you cannot see the Sharing Preferences in the Deezer web player with the button for the Last.fm connection, you might be a Family or Duo member, but not the admin of the account.

    It’s a known issue with Deezer’s internal scrobbling option, it is lagging for everyone at least a whole day.

     

    It's the first time I'm a Deezer subscriber, I have Deezer premium (not duo, not family) and I dont have this Last.fm option on my profile. Actually I find everything very basic having migrated from Spotify. 

    Even to play it on Alexa was a problem and still doesnt work great (as other audios played and the music is paused if Im watching something on my phone).

     

    Does anyone have information about Last.fm scrobbling?

     

    Less than one day being a subscriber and really annoying experience so far.

    Hello,

     

    We are working with the Last.fm team to have this issue resolved.

    It’s currently on its way and catching up on old scrobbles.

    It should be all back to normal soon, I’ll keep you posted.

      hi!! i know this thread is months old, but i’d like an update on this. has anything been done? i’m moving to deezer from spotify, and i can’t scrobble with deezer. there’s simply no option for it. it’s not the biggest deal in the world, but getting an update would be lovely. thank you!

            is this working for you now? i can’t tell if it’s delayed but i play music on Deezer and nothing shows as scrobbling in Last FM (after linking the account)
