No more last.fm connection?

If you cannot see the Sharing Preferences in the Deezer web player with the button for the Last.fm connection, you might be a Family or Duo member, but not the admin of the account.

It’s a known issue with Deezer’s internal scrobbling option, it is lagging for everyone at least a whole day.

Interesting. I’m indeed using a member account of a family plan, but, previously it worked fine. I’ve reconnected scrobbling now in admin. But I doubt it’ll be on for a member.

I think I also might leave the family, connect sharing and rejoin the family again.

I have the same issue and a paid / non-family account. Nothing has changed, yet scrobbling stopped working 2 days ago. I even tried reconnecting the link, which didn’t have any effect….

I guess you are referring to the missing scrobbles, not the missing Sharing Preferences page now. Currently the gap is more than 200 tracks that have not yet been submitted to my Last.fm account, and either you can wait it out or use external scrobbling apps for Deezer, but then you should disable the internal Deezer scrobbling option, otherwise you will get duplicate scrobbles with wrong timestamps later.

Last.fm scrobbles are massively delayed.

in the iPad Pro, when having Deezer side by side with a browser or another app, the line to type is hidden by the player bar. (No family plan).

if in 1.5-2 weeks this is not solved I’ll terminate my subscription. They should have rolled back whatever update they made (to put it mildly).

I just opened a support ticket but I am using Finale on android to manually and audio recognition add my scrobbles but I am heavily considering moving to Spotify. I am using the Chrome Webscrobbler extension to log my descktop scrobbles but still sucks not being able to use my phone to listen to music and scrobbling normally.

We are working with the Last.fm team to have this issue resolved.

It’s currently on its way and catching up on old scrobbles.

It should be all back to normal soon, I’ll keep you posted.
