While using Hifi on my cocktail audio x12 music stops playing after 1 or 2 songs in my playlists.  How do I address this ?

Hi @JohnM we are very sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Could you please check whether this only happens when your audio quality is set to High Fidelity FLAC or is this happening with other audio quality settings as well?

Please bear in mind that listening to music is using loads of data. In case the issue only happens with mobile data, try strong Wifi or make sure your music is downloaded for sure.

Which device are you connecting to your Cocktail Audio in order to listen to music on Deezer?

As soon as we have your replies we can help you further with this matter

@Rudi , Same issue here continues on macOS Version 4.25.0 (4.25.0.129), which according to the app is the latest.

Hello @Naravinger, I see you also have the Free offer, so it could be related to this. We’ll need to forward the information to our teams, sorry that I’m not yet able to come up with a solution. You have the issue with any content?

It also happened to ppl who have monthly sub, so i see no point that it happens only to free accounts.

Ok @Sjtaski thanks for coming back! :relaxed:

Could you please try changing the audio quality to see if it helps? Is this happening to the same tracks?

Thanks for getting back @Phaeton85 could you also try on another browser like Edge, for instance?

I have just now been having this issue on Android 12 (Pixel 5). The app usually won't play more than one song if my phone is in a passive mode -- screen black, just laying down or in my pocket.

If I'm actively interacting with my phone, the music continues.

I've tried logging out and clearing the cache with the instructions emailed to me, but the problem is worse lately.

I have the latest update right now, Deezer 6.2.48.21

Hi there @XELLEX @Alishams Hassam

Sorry to hear that. Can you please try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if it helps?

Hello @Enrique Palacios, in that case, since it seems the issue is linked to your account, I’d advise you to get in touch directly with our customer support team so they have a look at it.

Let us know how it goes!

that's so stupid. and I'm paying....

always the same stupid "answers"... which OS, uninstall, reinstall, blah blah

DON'T ASK. FIX!!!

Faced the same problem. After the end of the track, the next one does not turn on and the switching buttons do not work. Only a full page reload in the web version helps. Also recently, a message began to appear stating that "the computer is not on the network", but as you understand, I am now writing to you from this computer and it is very much even on the network.

Windows 10, Chrome and PC app

Hello @Naravinger, could you tell your friend to comment on this topic so we have a look at his account? So far the only thing you’re all sharing in this thread is that you’re free users, so it might be something wrong with the Free offer behaviour.

Thank you for letting us know

I hae a Mac OS 10.14.5. Every time I use a bluetooth speaker, about 30 ft from the MAC, and I set an album to play on Deezer, the speaker cuts out after the first or second song. It did a little better when I used FLOW. I have reinstalled twice in the last few weeks. If this can't be fixed I will have to drop my membership.

Hi there @maks.kolman

We'll keep an eye on this to see if it's a repeat of the previous issue you mentioned. I haven't seen anyone else reporting this issue in our community recently, especially using Linux.
You could try to clean the browser cache to see if it helps. It could also be that something in your computer is preventing the app to work as it should be, like an antivirus or energy saving settings, for example.
It's important to note that Linux isn't officially supported by Deezer.

Hello nothing change since i last say here.
I try 3 browsers and 2 times install desktop app. Can u check my account or etc. Bc now idk what wrong with me

Do you have any battery saver, clean master or anti-virus installed?

Sup dear, no battery save, its dekstop PC, no clean master.
Anti-virus - avast free version.

Hello @JedJd, we’ve just released a new version of the app (4.19.30), could you download it and let us know if you still have the issue with it?

Thank you

I just installed Deezer 4.20.21. It’s a quite good version, and i realized that they fixed several annoying bugs. And it LOOKS LIKE the main problem we are discussing here was SOLVED. I’m testing this new version right now, and my playlist is finally working as it was supposed to.  That’s awesome, BUT i’m not convinced yet, ’cause in the past versions (4.19.30, for example) this problem used to simply disappear, but always returned after some days.

I’ll be testing this version during the next few days. I will return here to report my experience soon.

Thank you for your attention!

I download this ver and i still have that problem :( only 1 song and then stop...

Same issue here.

Running the app on Windows 10 (downloaded through Microsoft Store). Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Rebooted computer in-between tries. This issue has been ongoing for the past year (couldn’t say before that).

Not only does the app stop playing after a single song, but the « Next » button doesn’t even allow me to manually advance to the next song.

I'm having the same problem but on PC. It works all right on my phone. You guys have a good streaming service here. But on PC, when I logged in with the same account, it just won't play the next song. When I try it manually, it just plays the first song again. This happened both on the website and the app. It's probably because  the computer I use is a wonky one from 2010 with a Core 2 processor. Dell Optiplex 760.

I just experienced the same symptoms in Linux using Chromium: only 1 song plays and at the end of that song the next button does no longer work, the play button restarts the last song and clicking on any other playlist or song indeed changes the title of the played song in the track-container (bottom of page) and in the window title bar, but without changing the actually played song.

The solution for me was to restart the browser, re-open the Deezer web page and accept the cookies. Rejecting the cookies seems to cause the described behaviour, and I guess this is what I had done earlier.

Forget about my solution. Sometimes restarting and refusing the cookies also works. And sometimes restarting while accepting cookies does not help. And both with and without cookies the playlist blocks. So it’s not cookies related or at least not strictly.

please disable the antivirus and see if it helps. Sometimes anti-virus apps cause problems with AutoPlay of audios apps.

Hey @chechocol

Have you tried our 4.20 version? It's brand new and has been rolled out gradually - it'd be interesting to see if there's a difference on this one so keep us posted :thumbsup_tone2:

Thanks for coming back to us @Phaeton85 that's so odd. So Chrome, Edge and our desktop app don't play track after track? It stops?

I've carried out some maintenance to your account to see if it helps. Let me know. If it doesn't, I'd be grateful if you could provide the exact version of your Windows 10 and I'll pass the info to our devs :thumbsup_tone2:
