The requested content is not loading. Error: MS1002

I pay a family membership for deezer and I get logged out for suspicious activity so what’s the point in having a family membership if this isn’t working at all? There is no direct way to contact deezer support regarding this and since I can not play any music, isn’t this literally illigal in the EU? So what exactly is going on?

I did, they are taking a whole month trying to fix it while I am still paying for the subscription. This is a big no go.
