i have this problem too...all artist ave the same error

This 100%. I can view the artist page at all. It’s been like this for about a week now. Android version works fine, but not PC.  I’ve tried Firefox, chrome, even the Deezer app doesn’t work. It just shows this: Error An error occurred, please try again later.

I’ve tried clearing cache, all those browsers, restarting computer, PC deezer app. Restarting my modem. Used a vpn, turned off the vpn and it still happens.  It’s just my windows 11 maybe? Damn its so annoying. Im going to have to cancel if it doesn't work :(… and I love deezer

This worked. I just set the vpn to my time zone and it worked. Thanks for the update!

I am getting this:

I have the correct date, time etc on my desktop, I have cleared the cache, I don’t have Chrome on my desktop, I have gone through the whole rigmarole of shutting down, rebooting etc and frankly this is starting to annoy me now.  I ‘ve had Deezer for years and this is the first time something like this has happened.  Anyone got any ideas please?

Hey @Carnivorous Rhubarb yes unfortunately this can happen, if you have checked everything else I would suggest reinstalling the app, even a couple of times until the error message stop appearing! 😣
