Huge lag on macOS 26 Tahoe: Electron app

With macOS 26 Tahoe there are significant system slowdowns due to an incompatibility between the OS and the Electron framework used by popular applications.


A fix is available in newer versions of Electron that developers need to implement. This fix is included in Electron versions v39.0.0-alpha.7, v38.2.0, v37.6.0, and v36.9.2. However, the Deezer app for macOS is still using Electron 33.2, which is now quite outdated.

When is Deezer planning on finally releasing an updated version?
