Flow on Yamaha Receiver Not Working At All

Hey guys,

 

I recently rejoined the Deezer fanclub after having to be offline for over 2 years due to financial issues.

Anyway….so I reenabled my account and am enjoying music again. The only thing that I am now encountering - that wasn’t so last time I used it - is that in the Yamaha AV App as well as the MusicCast app, the “ FLOW “ option no longer seems to work. The only way to enjoy FLOW is through my phone and that’s not using FLAC somehow and it’s the FLAC 16 Bit part that always drew me to Deezer.
So am I doing things wrong ? Have things changed or has the system taken a step back ?

Looking for your advice to make the most out of my account.

Sorry to hear that, this should not be happening. 

Can you update your MusicCast app, 

Reset the password of your Deezer account, 

Log in again in the MusicCast app. 

Let me know how it goes.

Well, after some loggin out and in i got to a point where i could add artists to my flow using the yamaha musiccast app. Yet somehow i cannot get back to that screen to add more.  
 

also recently the ios update stated that things between devices would be synced but the receiver is not shown in my list of used devices so there is no syncing possible. 
 

there seems to not be any way to influence the dlow on my receiver.

MusicCast also doesn't allow you to launch track mix or show recommended track mixes. I've messaged Yamaha about it but doubt much comes of it. 

Exectly the same trouble.

Changing the password has no effect.

"Access error. Unable to register your system".

But in the separated app (android) all work fine.

Additionally, the payments have not taken for several months, I've just recognized. But the payment method has bees OK for all the time. Gueesed, that situation because of my country. 

What else I could perform?
