Error MS0610 - requested content is not loading

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

I get the above error and I have tried the following to fix it with no avail:

  • logout/login in deezer
  • clear deezer cache (there was no cache)
  • uninstall / reinstall deezer
  • Clear dns cache (ipconfig /flushdns)

I am using the windows desktop app. Before reinstalling it was 5.30.560. Now it is 5.30.570.

Hi @JAO1, the MS0610 error you're getting is basically about waiting too long for the track to play.
It's probably connected to your internet connection. So, my suggestion is to unplug your router from the power for about 30 seconds to give it a full reset.
If the error keeps popping up, it's a good idea to contact your internet provider to see if there's a technical issue on their end.
