When trying to play any music, it simply won’t start. The Samsung tv is a 2023 Frame. I tried reinstalling the app, signing out and in with 2 different accounts, restarting the tv (power cycle). On my mobiles, music works fine in the app.

I’ll assume you have Samsung TV Frame 2022, running the latest Tizen OS (all updates applied).
- Please check that you do not have some ad-blocking services such as pihole, adguard dns, pfblocker and similar services in your home/office internet.
- If you are using home/office internet, can you try using your own phone as the hotspot and see if that helps - if it does, then check number 1 above.
- Try signing in to your Samsung account in your TV.
- Check if there’s some internal storage available on your TV (used for caching audio data as you stream for an uninterrupted listening experience), if this storage fills up it becomes near impossible to use most apps on your TV not only Deezer.
