Deezer with Virtual DJ // Server error

Hello Team,  since a while I have the issue that I get an Error Message when I prelisting or load a track on the deck. Following message appears in the deck when I try to load the track.

 

“unexpected response from server deezer“

 

After a time, 10-15min, it runs normally.

It seems that the tracks per hour a limited by Deezer. During the prelisting in the playlist/folder every track downloading in the cache and this raise the numbers on tracks per hour. 

 

Does somebody have the same issues? Is there Setup solution maybe?

Hi @Cannondale500, sorry to hear that. So that I can investigate what is going on, can you give me more details:
• Have you tried to log out and log in again with the email address?
• What's the brand and model of the device you are having problems with?
• What's the version of the operating system (Android, iOS, Windows or Mac) installed on your device? 
• If you're using our app, what's the Deezer version installed on your device? 
• If you're using Deezer on the web browser, what's your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge)? What's the latest version installed? 
Please send me a video of your procedures until you get the error message and if error happens on mobile app, please share a screenshot of Data and Storage going on the app Deezer, settings.

Hello @Cannondale500 , I was reviewing information regarding Virtual DJ and notice that I sent you the message above which is not totally accurate because we don't support officially since a long period this app. Nevertheless, we know that some users with Premium subscription still use it and it work with some bumps.
We can't do much as the deal ended but we can recommend normal troubleshooting, like the logout, login, or clear cache, cookies. Also unlink, link service.
We can't assure this will bring improvements to the experience but you can try it.
Finally you can try to reach Virtual DJ customer support or their community to see if they have more tips.

Cannondale, did you solve this issue? I have experienced similar problems.

Unfortunately Virtual DJ is not an official app supported by Deezer, so we are not able to give any technical support, I am afraid. 

Alternatively, you can reach their customer support team and they will be able to help you out 😄
