I  am new to Deezer on Xbox and when I first installed and played it everything worked fine but recently if I turn it on it'll play maybe three songs or four songs and it then jumps forwards or backwards and then plays three songs and then after that it'll jump in the previous Direction so if it went forwards then it will jump forwards again and play the same three songs no matter what I do I cannot get this to stop I've uninstalled it I've signed out multiple times it doesn't matter if it's on random it doesn't matter if it's on repeat all it just does this over and over again and I don't know how to fix it. Also when playing deezer are in the car if I turn the car off it restarts the song that was playing when I turn it back on. every single time the car is turned off. it was not doing this previously so I'm not sure what has changed. It

is also playing through some songs way to fast. The bar that tracks the song and shows how long it is is not working properly. It shows the song is 3 min. 30 sec. but at 1min. in the bar is almost completely full and it goes to the next song as if it's done in the middle of the song. It isn't happening with one one song. It seems to be random as to which song it happens to. The pic shows that it's 1 min. in and almost done but also that the song is longer than 3 min. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hello @nyx1

Do you have a Deezer subscription?

Would you mind updateing everything (xbox and Deezer app)

and updating your password?

Reconnect with your new password and let me know how it goes…

Thanks

@YulaI Yes I have a premium subscription. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, I changed my password and made sure my Xbox and Deezer were updated. It is still happening. One thing I did notice is that the playing the song too fast is only happening with On The Way by Onew.

Sorry @nyx1, apparently we are aware of these issues with xbox and a solution is on the way.

More communication about it will be coming soon!

@Yula Ok thanks for getting back to me
