Hi, already few days I have error with deezer on my mdc for nad amp - Error: upgrade required deezer x̌xxxxxxxx, x - different numbers of different track, there are a lot of tracks that can't be played. I have deezer hifi subscription and all works fine until last week.

  1. Update BluOS: Make sure your BluOS player and NAD amp have the latest firmware update. Sometimes outdated firmware can cause issues like this.

  2. Log out and log back in: Try logging out of Deezer on the BluOS app and then logging back in. This can help reset any connection issues.

  3. Check for Deezer app updates: Make sure the Deezer app on your BluOS player is up to date. If there's an update available, that might fix the problem.

  4. Restart everything: Restart both your BluOS player and NAD amp. A simple reboot can clear up any temporary bugs.

  5. Check your internet connection: Double-check that your internet is stable, as a weak connection can cause streaming issues.

If you're still having trouble, I’d recommend reaching out to Deezer support directly with the error details.
 

 


Hi Leonida , i'm quiet surprised of your answer. You should know that this is a big issue. Bluesound told us they would talk to Deezer...and it seems you don't know about it.

Alexander, all of the above does not work. Check the bluesound community where lots of people are complaining about this issue. 

When there is no solution soon, i will change to Tidal.


Hi DeezerHerman, thanks for your answer. I have also received message from bluos team that this is problem after some update from the deezer side. 

I have tried to do all from Leonidia's prescription, but nothing help.

I have also noticed some stranges in work of native Deezer app on Android togather with faults in bluos.

I will also look to the Tidal if the problem will not solved by Deezer.


It appears to be fixed on my Node this morning.
