My connection is fine. I restarted . didn't work .I went so fast as to do a factory reset...still cannot get Deezer to work...I'm losing my mind!! HELP

Hello @Cynthia Steward @davedouce

Have you tried to delete the app from your Fitbit and re install it again? Then to try to link your Deezer account to the app,

If so, can you share with us some pictures of the error message that you get to check it out, please?

Thanks :)

Giuseppe you're a genius!

I've been trying to fix this the past 2-3 days. I followed your instructions, unlinked Deezer and now it's working again.

Thanks so much!

Same issue here, but with a FB Sense. What has changed to break things liked this?

Same here so annoying, having to gym with the phone rather than my watch.

I had the same issue but I managed to solve it.

The key is to unlink your Fitbit watch app from your Deezer account and then link it again from the start.

When you tap on the Deezer voice inside “Media” in the Fitbit app “quickly”* tap on the upper-right three dots menu and select the “Unlink account” (or similar) voice. This will disconnect the app.

Now you can follow again the link Fitbit ↔ Deezer following the standard guide https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360000552849-Deezer-on-Fitbit

When you have completed the steps in the guide you have to synchronize your playlists as they will never be there. After that, you can start listening to your music again.

I am not sure the issue will not appear again after a while (since I have just solved it) but, at least, we have a workaround.

Hope it helps,

Giuseppe

Thank you so very much! Fitbit Twitter support was not very helpful. You, on the other hand, were extremely helpful!!!
