I have had Deezer for months and have had it paired to my Fitbit versa 3 for months. Yesterday it wouldn't let me open and told me could not verify subscription check WiFi connection. My connection is fine. I restarted . didn't work .I went so fast as to do a factory reset...still cannot get Deezer to work...I'm losing my mind!! HELP

Hello @Cynthia Steward @davedouce

Have you tried to delete the app from your Fitbit and re install it again? Then to try to link your Deezer account to the app,

If so, can you share with us some pictures of the error message that you get to check it out, please?

Thanks :)

hi i have uninstalled the deezer app from my fitbit apps reloaded it , unlinked my smartphone from where my fitbit syncs from re linked it , upon starting it up it says need to verify wifi connection to authenticate account and nothing. , have gone to fitbit.com/deezer to enter a authentication code but the deezer on the smart watch will not produce 1 just keeps telling me account expired. very frustrated it was working well , it says you need to ck in every 15 days to ck lic. and it is always on a charge next to the phone , wife is very disappointed she cannot listen to her music on her walks .

This is exactly the same thing I am going through. This just began 2 days ago. Prior to then it was working perfectly

same here. I put my versa 3 on the charger to my laptop and it took several tries to “verify” my wi-fi connection. I went  back to try and download music from deezer and I received the same message I get on my phone:

verification required

Versa 3 hasn’t been able to  verify your subscription for several days. Please  double check wi-fi settings and place on charger.

I have not been able to download music from deezer since last week. I was getting a uh oh cannot connect to the server error.

Now it’s a non existing wi fi issue as my wi fi is fine.

I am also having this same issue. I've removed and reinstalled both the Deezer and fit bit app, placed on charge etc etc - but no luck it still comes up with:Deezer music expired. It's now been 5 days.

My subscription is in tact, and I can log in via the mobile app - it is just my Fitbit device that is the issue.

There seems a chance this could be a Fitbit system issue. Do they have an online/phone support desk?
