I've been having trouble with Deezer login on my Onkyo TX-NR686. I get the error message “Your details are incorrect, please try again.” 

I have successfully logged into the android app with the same credentials so the credentials are not wrong. 

This is really bad as I only listen to music on Deezer through the receiver. I have no use for Deezer otherwise.

I have reset my receiver to no avail. 

Anyone had or having similar issues?

Can you try the following steps? 

  • Log out of Deezer on all devices it might be logged in
  • Get a new password for the Deezer account via this link
  • Delete Deezer from the Onkyo app
  • Turn off your sound system device for 1-2 minutes
  • Turn it back on
  • Add Deezer to the Onkyo app
  • Login with your new Deezer password
