my internet is rather bad as i live far from civilisation, which is why deezer says it has no connection even when there is a tiny bit. Although im not sure if this is related to the crashing but it does crash when i try to download music.
Im on windows 64bit btw

Sorry about your internet and Deezer’s experience.
In recommendation, given how bad your describe your internet - please lower your audio streaming quality to Basic or Standard.
The app is mostly failing on you since most packets are being dropped and the music pieces that get to you are unusable, with lower quality of audio, chances for the drops affecting your music listening experience are significantly lowered.
