Deezer and Chromecast Audio problems

I've read many topics about the problems with Chromecast Audio and I'm suprised that the Deezer people doesn't do anything about it. Of course, we all had wanted that streaming to Chromecast Audio could be lossless but for the moment I could have lived with the current bitrate.
But I can't live with the unstable connection to Chromecast Audio. Sometimes it works fine but most of the time when choosing a new track, the message "Reading data... almost finished bla bla bla" appears and it is never finished. If I turn off the Chromecast Audio, the track works fine.
I'm in a trial period and if the Chromecast Audio connection isn't improved I have no need for Deezer.
It's very sad, because I really like Deezer and was about to skip Spotify.
Now, I have to get back to Spotify. Their Chromecast connection works fine.
So, my question is: Why don't you Deezer folks do anything about it?

    Sorry to hear that. The good news is that we've already put months into getting a new Chromecast integration off the ground. This is because we're aware our current integration isn't as stable as our users deserve. But we're really excited for what's coming, so please bear with us if you can, we'd like you to give us your feedback once it's in place 👍🏼

    Was trying Deezer to move from Spotify. Chromecast not working is a deal breaker for me, I use it all the time to cast to a Marshall Acton 2 or to my TV.

    I have absolutely no problem when casting from Spotify / Tidal or even Pocket casts for podcasts, but I have not been able to cast once from Deezer app.

    Can’t believe I see issues opened from many years ago, without any resolution.

      Same here. Every competitor casts fine to my Chromecast device except Deezer.

      I have made a request at Deezer for this (8128296). Last news, almost a month ago, was that they are in the process of working with the team to resolve this issue….

      Same with me. Spotify works perfectly over Chromecast. Deezer is awful.

       

      Deezer just doesn't (and has never) worked. It either doesn't cast, disappears from my phone or sends one of my speakers into a state of connect/disconnect so I have to unplug it or the chiming does my head in.

       

      Whilst I am here, the Shuffle is also absolute trash on Deezer.  Three different Play buttons all doing different things and it inserts artists or tracks into my Favourites randomly.

       

      I really want to like your service but I keep going back to Spotify. It just works.
