Just thought someone should know. It's blank and I'm Connected to my work computer so that concerns me.

This shouldn't worry you. You are now on your PC and probably not linked to any other device.
For example, if you were linked to a PC and an Android, you would see:

Your Deezer account is currently linked to the following devices:
Android (if you were watching from your PC)

And if you were watching on your Android, you would see:
Your Deezer account is currently linked to the following devices:
PC - desktop
