Hi @Leo.Pelozo, sorry to hear that.

It is due to our latest update on the Flow wheel where now you have a Flow Genre. So please make sure you install the most recent version of the Deezer app for Desktop – 5.30.560.

Deezer gets worse and worse.

No gapless playback in app.

Removed amazing “Hear this” button and replaced by weak “Flow” button.

Now removed “Flow”...

Hi @Ker.Laeda, we didn’t removed the Flow button.
Can you please check if you have installed the latest version of the Deezer Desktop app.

Hi Leonidia. MS store don`t see any updates. App version 5.30.540 and i can not find Flow button 1 week for sure. Anyway you are saying Deezer replaced common Flow button (which includes all genres) by Flow by genre. If it`s true - it`s really not wise decision. But if you keep common Flow with additional Flows by genre - then it`s good idea.

Yes in the Microsoft store for me the newest version is missing too.

Hi @Ker.Laeda  @Paul Jeschke, you should find the most recent version there, but I can share with you here the link to download the latest version - HERE

Also I want to clarify that we didn’t change the Flow button. Before we just had the Flow Moods and now you can find a second wheel - Flow Genres. You can check that as well on the website www.deezer.com.

Hi @Leonídia.Deezer I have deezer app installed on multiple Windows devices and none of them have the section in your screenshot, can you confirm this meant to be under Music Category on the left? Should it be first thing on the top? Currently on 5.30.540

Also, please forward the feedback that changes like this should be clearly communicated to community to avoid confusion like this, I did a quick google and checked my emails but there is no commmunication and as far as I was concerned Flow was just not available on Desktop

Kind Regards

@Leonídia.Deezer

This is the latest release in the microsoft store:
https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9NBLGGH6J7VV

The store say the current version there is: 5.30.570.0

But if you make a fresh install or an update you get: 5.30.540

So something is odd here.

Hey @Marcin.Bartnik @Paul Jeschke  that is odd indeed.

Please use this link to download the most recent version https://www.deezer.com/desktop/download?platform=win32&architecture=x86  of the Deezer Desktop app.

Regarding where it is the Flow, it is on the top just below the Search bar

Manual Update seems to have done the trick

The flow by genre is a good addition but maybe just maybe I do not want to listen to only on genre and that was the strength of flow button (without chossing mood just hit play and go)

Also gapless is something that deezer need to implement

You can still use the normal Flow button without choosing a genre which will work as before.

Concerning the MS Store version, it seems that the automatic updates are generally broken for some users, e.g. the same happens with the Spotify desktop app being stuck on an older version, so you have to update it manually as well (affording uninstalling it in the Windows Apps first).
