Can't install Deezer for desktop on Macbook Air M3

Bonjour,

I downloaded the app DeezerDesktop_6.0.181.dmg on my Macbook Air M3 from Deezer.com.

Impossible to open it. Apple considers it as non up to date and “can’t verify it does not contain malware”.
It sounds not reasonable that I can’t access through the app a service I’m registered to. OK, it works via the web app, but for different reasons that’s not how I want to use it.

(I tried as well from the AppStore)

Can you please inform/update/.. or let me know how to circumvent this issue?

Merci —

Could this help:

Thanks, indeed this works. It’s anyway strange that we need to pass through a security feature to be able to install it, especially if this seems to occur for a while to Mac users …

You’re welcome. I know, it’s odd that you have to go through this, but I’m sure that Apple has their reasons 😁

It’s a shame it is still an issue. Encore today with the 6.0.200 that did not autoupdate. I had to force open it to run it.
