Hi, 

Since I use the family Deezer, the sound quality is bad (yes it is on high fidelity) and it stutters. The volume also goes up and down, even during one song. And yes, audio normalisation is on. Tried it off, even worse. 

To rule things out:

• Not the problem of the internet connection. Fast enough and I have this problem at home and at work.
• Sound is great on Spotify and Youtube.
• Bluetooth is working fine. I'm listening with wireless Bose headphones. Tried another identical headphone and bluetooth dongle. No difference
• Played on Windows app, Google chrome browser, mobile Android phone. All crap.
• Tried different artists and albums.

So, what else is there to rule out?? Thanks.
