Enabling Deezer skill on Alexa

This also happened in Colombia Yesterday. I tried everything and after several years enjoining Alexa and Deezer, I will have to switch to Spotify. What a pity.

Deezer replied that only works on Us, Brasil and just a few other countries.

In the article that @GropplerZorn  mentioned, it explains that Amazon Alexa is up and running in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Unfortunately, it's not available in Ireland and Colombia.

The issue might be related with your Amazon account that must be in the same country that you are.

I have the same problem. For several days now, the deezer account has not been working properly on the Echo Dot Alexa device. The message "you are not eligible to enable this skill due to geographical restrictions" is displayed. I have a deezer account in Poland, Alexa is also in Poland. My deezer account worked for 4 years on Alexa. 

I already wrote to Amazon support but they referred me to deezer. What should I do to make my deezer account work on Alexa again?

Just to confirm, Amazon told you Alexa supports Deezer in Poland?

as with another subscriber in Europe who recently posted (Czechia), the old/archived Deezer Alexa page shows Poland as a supported country, HERE

The new, updated page, HERE, does not.

I have to wonder if some of these European countries have lost support, and the effect is slowly trickling down to the users.
