song keeps restarting over and over

The same song keeps restarting over and over, it’s not even necessarily finishing. I feel like it has something to do with the new iOS and possibly the Apple Watch

    Can you give me more details about your situation? Did you try clearing the cache of the app or reinstalling it? 
    If you already did all the suggested procedures, please answer the following questions:
    • Have you tried to log out and log in again with the email address?
    • What's the brand and model of the device you are having problems with?
    • What's the version of the operating system installed on your device? 
    • If you're using our app, what's the Deezer version installed on your device? 
    Please send me too a video with all the procedures you do and a screenshot of the app Deezer with the option “Data and storage”.
