No Quick Access on iOS?

I tried reaching out to Deezer support but I’m getting nothing from what I’m assuming is an AI bot.

 

Short version:

Does quick access work for anyone on iOS?

 

Long version:

I have no quick access pins on iOS (iPad or iPhone). I DO have pins on my home PC. I can see what is pinned if I go to display settings > Homepage pins, but it always shows recently played first.

iPhone 15 Pro. iOS 26.2.1 (previously 26.2 with same issue).

I tried refreshing home page, deleting cache, force closing the app, reinstalling the app, updating iOS and rebooting, toggling offline mode off/on, wi-fi and cellular, unpinned everything and pinned a deezer playlist only before re-installing..

I don’t see any indication that it isn’t available in iOS, so…?

I also use Deezer on my iPhone 13 mini and iPad, and I do have the ‘quick access’ section visible on my iPhone.

Don’t you have the top row, as shown in example 1?

As soon as I tap one of the pins, I can edit them and add my own choices. See examples 2 and 3.

It starts with “New Releases” on mine. I added an album to the pins this morning and it didn’t show up. I’ve included screenshots of it. The last screenshot is what it looks like when I open the desktop player on my iphone and you can see the pins on the left side. It works on my home PC as well.

Settings > Display > Homepage pins
Pinning to homepage
Successfully pinned
Same homepage
Settings > Display > Homepage pins with new pin
Opening a link notifications section while trying to troubleshoot. Seems to work in safari. Pins on the left

Hi ​@Alucrud I’ve tested on my side and everything worked fine and could not reproduce the problem.

Could you please make a video with the steps you followed in the screenshots above and share it with us in order to investigate and help you.
