No Quick Access on iOS?

I also use Deezer on my iPhone 13 mini and iPad, and I do have the ‘quick access’ section visible on my iPhone.

Don’t you have the top row, as shown in example 1?

As soon as I tap one of the pins, I can edit them and add my own choices. See examples 2 and 3.

It starts with “New Releases” on mine. I added an album to the pins this morning and it didn’t show up. I’ve included screenshots of it. The last screenshot is what it looks like when I open the desktop player on my iphone and you can see the pins on the left side. It works on my home PC as well.

Could you please make a video with the steps you followed in the screenshots above and share it with us in order to investigate and help you.

Hello, I'm not seeing Quick Access in the iOS app yet either, although it is showing up in the web app. I've tried both the iOS beta and the stable version, and it's not there. My boyfriend can't see it either.

Hello, I'm an iOS user and the "Favorites", “Releases” and "Discover" Flows aren't showing up in the app; I can only play them from the web app.

Quick Access isn't appearing either; I can see the option to pin it in the settings, but it's not displayed on the Home screen.

I've tried reinstalling the app, installing the Deezer Beta for iOS on TestFlight, and nothing has worked. My boyfriend is having the same problem; we haven't seen any new features in the iOS app.

​@Alucrud ​@jmigsan how long have you been with Deezer. It might be the case that your account is new and you still need to add more favourites, playlists, albums and/or artists to your library.

Hello ​@Jaime.Deezer I’ve been a Deezer (and subscriber) user since 2023-2022 (I don't know exactly), and I have +30 playlists and +2000 songs liked in my library. My boyfriend has also been a user since 2023 and he does have the items pinned in the iOS app, but I don't.
 

PS. I recently noticed the new Flow options appearing in the selection wheel.
