full songs wont play

I'm on an iPhone 12, just updated the app a few minutes ago. Songs start playing and show the full length but then as soon as audio is heard the track length adjusts to a sample of under 30 seconds. 
 

if I use flow this doesn't happen, it only happens when I try to manually play a specific song. It still says I have a premium subscription both under the app, and in Apple’s App Store. 

Hi @Tlee, does this also happens when you are using Deezer with a pc, Mac or another device?


@awesomemac unfortunately I don't have another device to test with. 


This exact thing is happening to me! I have an Iphone 12 Pro Max and it all started after updating the app two days ago, it’s really annoting and I can’t find a way to report it or contact support to find a solution. Hope they update soon or I’m cancelling my subscription! 


I found the solution! 
 

delete he app and reinstall then download. 
 

if you just un-download and redownload the individual songs it wont work, has to be the entire app.
