The app Deezer on my iPhone 12 crashes randomly after one song or a few seconds in. I have the 16.0.2 ios version and the most recent version of the app. Is there any way the app is gonna start working correctly again?

- Try turning the phone off and on again.
- If still not working, you could repeat the above step then logging out of the app and back in again.
- Finally, if all else fails, you could try uninstalling and re-installing the Deezer app.
NOTE: (2) and (3) will require re-downloading any off-line music you have. However, if you wait for a response from Deezer staff, they may be able to fix any issues on your account.
