cant enter in my account

Hello, I moved from Russia to USA, in russia my account didn’t worked as planned, but now in Miami I can’t log in into my account, what can I do with it?

when I enter as a yspp, it calls error

 It look like I was banned

    There might be different reasons why this is happening, 

    bt someone needs to check your subscription, so it is safer for you to do it via Costumer Care :)

    Hello, I couldn’t t go in my account, ivan696petrov@gmail.com in Russia, now I moved to USA, Miami, and still can’t get in my account, it says error, seems like I got banned, what can I do to get in my account now?
