App not okaying through car radio system

Having problem with play Deezer app through USB or Bluetooth in fiat van. Was working perfectly fine until the latest update. Screen in van shows error loading files and plays songs for a few seconds then cuts off. Have tried on different apps (Spotify, Apple podcast) and is working fine. Any ideas? App is on iPhone 11.  Thanks.
