App not okaying through car radio system

To understand a little bit better the situation can you send me a screenshot with the error message you are seeing on your screen.

Also has problem whilst playing through Bluetooth. 

Hi @Paulwalt this error happens when you play any kind of content? Playlists, podcasts, Albums or your favorites…

Please check and share the information below:

• Check if you have the latest iOS version 16.5
• Check if you have the latest Deezer app 9.41.0
• Take a screenshot of Data and Storage, going on Deezer app > Settings
• Can you try to connect with a different cable?
• Can you unpair the media device from your phone and pair again after rebooting both devices? 
• As last step, can you try to reset factory your car media device and start the set up again?

I have exactly the same problem, since i did the last update of IOS to 16.5.1. The bluetooth is connected to the car stereo, the music on deezer starts for 1-2 seconds than stops. No issues with any other app (youtube works in the same setup) or with airpods or other external speakers. Only issue with deezer in the car. Nothing seems to fix it.

same for me, but also with wired headphones. I am on the latest iOS and Deezer. I cannot use the double tap to skip, and if I “stop” (one tap) it launches Apple Music. 

Bluetooth in the car will not work more than 4-5 seconds before switching to Apple Music. 

I can use other apps like Napster, and the controls from a headset or the car work fine. If I launch Deezer, it will play on the headset, volume works, but if I stop (single tap) it goes to Apple Music. 

Just speculating, it seems something changed….. maybe the Apple API?

the error happens on any kind of content. But only on my iphone, we tried with my husband’s samsung and it works perfectly fine on the same car radio.

the display does not show any kind of error. It just plays for a couple of seconds than stops. Phone ios and app are up to date, i cleared the cache storage, de-installed and re-installed the app, signed out and back in, unpaired and paired again - nothing worked. Thanks

I have the latest deezer app 

i connect the phone by bluetooth, i do not use a cable

i already tried pairing and unpairing

i will not reset the radio, as mentioned it works perfectly with samsung and all other apps on iphone.

Hi @CristinaD thanks for the information.
Have you tried to connect via cable in order to see if it works (in that case the problem would be only while connecting via bluetooth)
