I really do not feel secure with simple login / password based authentication. When will Deezer have 2FA for its application and account. If you are not planning to have this feature soon, for me this will be one reason to stop using this service.

Just get Passkey, if at all possible. Deezer sign in security is below standard.

2FA is a good shout, we're aware we need to do something to do with authentication.

I recently had some unknowns listening to my account. Was using a password that I use in a lot of low prio places that must have leaked somehow. My own fault for not being more careful.
I figured I should switch on 2fa to prevent this from happening again, when I found out deezer doesn’t have 2fa… wtf is that about, we’re in 2026. This would take a scrum team 1sprint to implement.

If this kind of thing isnt a prio, I’m really curious what the deezer dev team IS working on. Please tell me it's a search feature that actually mathces your query…...
