SONOS integration with Deezer Family

It would be nice to link Deezer accounts together into one family subscription instead of using profiles.
With this it would be possible to stream different streams with different accounts to different SONOS speakers in the same house.
Otherwise the SONOS integreation of Deezer should manage the selection of profiles.
(Family with different SONOS speakers. Child A would listen to a podcast or music on speaker A. Child B would listen some childbooks on speaker B and Parents would listen to music an speaker group C).

Thank you for your input. We're actually working on this, and have already expanded Family profile choice on Alexa and Google Assistant devices. So I'll pass on this idea to our devs and see if there's an update 😉

Can you expand on your above comment, I can't see anything that would allow you select a Family profile in Alexa, I'm in the UK

I care not for any listening devices such as Alexa or Google Home. I just want my children to be able to play their content from their family profiles on their Sonos play1. Not my content. Why isn't that possible? I find it difficult to understand why that still isn't working. I can see that it was asked for in this community more that a year ago.

We're preparing an official post about this, should be released soon. In the meantime, try unlinking your account from the Alexa app and relinking again, it should prompt you to choose a profile. Let me know how it goes 😉

Thank you for your feedback and for your patience @Karen Louise. We're working on this and I aim to provide an update about it soon.
In the meantime, if you have a newer model and an iOS/Mac device, you can try this workaround https://support.sonos.com/s/article/1230?language=en_US, by casting the music from Deezer to your Sonos speaker.

I can confirm that profiles is working on GA too. Now we know it's possible, and simple, let's see it fully integrated into Sonos 😃

Hi there,
would love to integrate the selection of the familiy accounts in the Sonos APP as well.
It is running well with the integration so far, but we can use the major account only.
Therefore all new added playlists and favourites are saved to this account and not to the specific user of the family account.

Good news Rudi.
Thanks for the quick answer.
Just yesterday I enjoyed some of my favourite artists via Son is and can't wait to select profiles, so my child's favourites does not become mine 😉
