Play Counter

It would be really useful to display the streaming count in the charts aswell as the Top Tracks of each artist .

This feature could really help to see which artists are trending as it is already a feature on Spotify .

Another interesting feature would be the monthly listeners of each artist for the same reasons .

I am coming from closing GPM as well and they do it well with this count.

You know why? I can sort on playlist by these counts and see tracks I like the most, or tracks I need to listen more with one play etc. Also I see exactly if I listened this release, single, album etc.

Sometimes I do not want to spend on same album twice.

I know this has been requested hundreds (if not thousands of times) in the past, which is all the more reason it should be implemented. But I REALLY think introducing play counts is a very smart move. Especially with GPM shutting down by the end of the year, myself, as well as thousands of other music nerds are looking for an alternative and I think Deezer may be my solution. But my one issue is… the lack of play counts.

I think it’s such an integral feature that all streaming platforms should have, but for some reason do not. Yes, there is Last.fm, but that’s not enough. People like myself use these play counts to make playlists and organising our libraries and a third party site doesn’t allow us to seamlessly do this. That and I like to record my meta data on multiple platforms so that problems like GPM closing and being replaced by a far inferior product that doesn’t have half the features (play counts included) doesn’t mean the end all of what I’ve been slowly building for over a decade.

If Play counts are introduced you will literally have THOUSANDS of new loyal customers flocking in from leaving GPM/ YTM.

Please, implement this meta data feature… and please do so before GMP shuts down… I’m honestly begging at this point.

Coming from Google Play Music myself I really miss it still in three months on Deezer. Examples: I see new release and I do not know if I heard it, because no counter. Sometimes I can’t remember…

On Google Music I was able to see if new release I looked for already listened.

Play Count told me if I heard release not too much, and I was able to hear more.

I was able to sort playlist tracks by play counts…

I am begging Deezer as well for this feature.

I am on Deezer Premium from Google Music All Access much like Premium.

I'm about to subscribe to the HIFI plan and will probably have to download a lot for the car so I wanted to know if there's an option to see how many songs do I have in all playlists. Is it possible?

You'll have to open each playlist to see how many tracks they have, at this moment. But I've moved your comments here so that you can vote for a similar idea 

Why it is still not for now?

This feature is needed asap! It could help so many ways navigating music on Deezer.

Not for now because we haven't had an update on a different course for the idea, yet, @hpguru
