Notification bell

The notification bell is not showing new albums from all artists I have “hearted,” even when the new album is available when I search for it.  Even though it does show artists I have not hearted. Can this be fixed so that at least all the artists I have hearted show up under notifications when they release new music?  I feel like I’m losing a lot of exciting stuff and don’t know it.
