I would be nice to be able to read liner notes, credits, on albums and tracks.

I know it's difficult to organize meta data in classical music. Listeners are frustrated with being able to identify composers, conductors, soloists, etc.

Wy not just include photos of the album insert? That way listeners can see all the info they need.

Hi Mike, I agree, it would be great to know a bit more about the albums! Please see this topic and don't forget to vote for the idea above!

Hello guys,
The button "Album page" is a bit weak, it would be better to add a IP link (or several) which point to web sites giving you all informations about the album (they are plenty).
for instance, I would be interested to know who play in a jazz band when I go to your album page.

firstly i cannot express how happy Deezer makes me feel. Music is an art of time.
With that in mind, would you please consider adding some information like year of production on albums in the future.
Seems valuable when listening to favourite artists and groups and following their changes through the years.

Thanks for your suggestion, I've moved it here because this is the idea which was passed to our product team - about adding more info to albums, among other things.
And our team replied by confirming that we've hired dedicated people to clean artists' discographies and update metadatas delivered by the right-holders when it contains errors. Musicbrainz, for example, is part of the external sources we use to improve our experience. So it's a process which has started but that it takes some time 😉

This would be great. I'm enjoying Deezer very much but would love it if I could see personnel, date, etc. for albums and individual tracks. I'm not seeing song > [3 dots] > contributors...
