Currently, we don’t have an estimated release date for this feature, but I’ll make sure to pass along your request to our team.
Should this be interpreted to mean that Deezer for Tesla is coming?
I also want to express that this is a big issue for me. I would like to have an Tesla Deezer app in my Tesla model 3 2019, especially since Tesla is now cancelling the free Spotify account. I don’t want to threaten with ending my Deezer subscription because I really like Deezer.
Agreed, I cancelled my subscription because I had way too many different subs and I'm stuck with paying for Spotify because Tesla is cancelling the included streaming service Bluetooth from my phone doesn't cut it. I hope this change incentivises the team to take the years of integration requests seriously. Major opportunity.
New Tesla owner here. It surprised me that I did not have the opportunity to have Deezer in my Tesla. I don't have Spotify and I really don't want to have 2 subscriptions to be able to listen to my own music while driving. Besides, I would have to make all new playlists, which I really don't look forward to. As if I have the time to make new playlists which would cost me more than a day to fix.
Sinds my comment to nudge Deezer( few days ago), I see over 5 comments and over 20 likes for deezer on Tesla. That's alot of money missing if we all canceled deezer(let alone many 100 or 1000s more people that are not active in forums) and switched to spotify.
Even if deezer came out in 1 year or 2 years from now, if I switch to Spotify I won't come back, if I add up the Deezer Family members that's double the costs.
People WANT to stay but are forced to leave their favorite streaming platform, like
I know these are big contracts...but let's be honest deezer isn't bigger than Spotify and it would be a hard hit, and on top..if Apple music, Amazon Music, Tidal and even SPOTIFY (much younger than deezer) came to Tesla...what's the Hold for Deezer??
I don't see Tesla making Android auto or Apple car play to make this work (in my oppinion it's not even needed for these huge capable computers on wheels)
It's even more important now than ever to make this work, before December. Sinds Spotify doesn't give away free music anymore in our Tesla's. We got like an update every 1 or 2 months for Tesla's...in my oppinion enough time for Deezer to give us a Holiday surprise..
I know it's a luxury but I guess people are gonna switch in the name of Luxury if there is no deezer to be found...people aren't gonna connect with Bluetooth(for deezer) and scroll their phone for the right song like the old days...
Seriously. Imagine the potential for new customers and conversions from other streaming services if Deezer had an app integration in the UI with free tier.
The model Y is one of the best selling vehicles globally.
Not EVs, vehicles.
The demand and opportunity is clearly there. I would enjoy hearing some details from the Deezer team.
No updates? It is really a bit disappointing.
I think this is a dead end…
And look at that, so is my subscription.
I'd rather have my money go to a company that is actively engaged and listens to and responds to its customer base.
I'd rather don't but, I think my Deezer Family sub nearing the end, perhaps it's a big deal for such a large company to make a music app.
Perhaps it is very difficult, i will never get an honest answer to satisfy this abandoned feeling.
Staying behind other music platforms on the most sold ev world wide is for 2024 unheard of, ig they don't care.
It is not difficult to get this app rolled out, and it’s even easier to engage with your customer base and provide a initial response to these concerns. No need to stay on Deezer. Besides, I think Spotify’s business model makes more sense, keeping the Joe Rogan podcast running for example. Deezer’s business model is a bit too weak for my liking and they are way behind integrating their app for Tesla and probably on many other things as well. Cancelling 2 different family subcriptions before the EoY if I don’t hear back from Deezer...
One of the main issues here seems to be that Tesla needs to develop and release the app in collaboration with vendors. If Tesla shows little interest, nothing will likely move forward. Therefore, it’s essential for Tesla customers to put pressure on the company, making it clear that there is strong demand for Deezer integration in Tesla vehicles.
So I guess we should write some e-mails then…
Hello
I totally understand your concerns about this issue, and I wish I had more information to share regarding a Deezer app for Tesla.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any updates or insights about the development process or the challenges involved.
I appreciate your support for Deezer, and I hope we can bring the service to more platforms in the future.
Thank you for your patience!

Goodluck. Cuz I'm not bothering myself with that headache was alredy a suprise for such an old company not be visible in Tesla Infotainment while newer company's are.

I don't know the numbers but, don't tell me customers put pressure on Tesla for them to put Audible in their Infotainment system
