Deezer hifi is not of much value unless you specifically own an Sonos system or play on computer app. The developers need to get it on iPhone and android apps - would obviously expand the listening possibilities and give Tidal some competition - tidal is good service but the Deezer app is far better. Also. I have my Deezer account Set up on my bose sound touch systems. Would be perfect if it supported the hifi option on these
I've used Tidal but I prefer Deezer because with Tidal you can't upload songs that Tidal doesn't have, and with Deezer you're able (at least until now). Also, Tidal doesn't have social zone , but, in the other hand, Tidal's available, for example, in Astell & Kern devices, and Deezer isn't because of HiFi's limited devices.

Keep in mind though that Deezer upload only accepts MP3 files with a constant bit rate (CBR) yet.

Regarding the HiFi option sometimes it is already available, but related support and help pages haven't been updated yet, e.g. for Bluesound devices:

http://www.deezer.com/en/devices/soundsystems

There is no yellow "HiFi" sticker on that page, but Bluesound's support forum confirms it is working:

Just cancelled my subscription on Spotify to join a good HiFi streaming provider and only to find out that my device isn't supported. Everything is hi-res certified, only that it's mobile. I would rather not have to use Tidal again..
Please, I’m waiting for this.
Yeah, my ears want HiFi quality on all types of devices! 🖤
Hey Deezer, any updates to this? It seems you're not pretty much interested on mobile devices where the app is mostly being used and not on those non-reasonable expensive Speakers.
Hi @joeszef and @T.J. Turner thank you so much for your input and sorry for the late reply. I am now slowly brining some order into this forum, that is why I have moved your topic to this one as it was a duplicate 😉
Hi @Max_x57 sorry for the very late reply. We are slowly going through all of your ideas these days.

Since your main idea was the same as this one I have moved it over here 😉
If you really want to compete with Tidal, this is a must have feature.
I understand that there was no reason for adding HI-fi mode to mobile devices, but now the situation has changed.

Sony smartphones and smartphones on Android Oreo support LDAC.

Qualcomm’s aptX and Apple AAC ~352 kbps, and aptX HD is 576 kbps. But LDAC transmits 990 kbps, it's a lot more data than any other Bluetooth codec out there.

I really like your service but I don't want to switch from iTunes to Deezer without this feature. This is the last thing that stops me.
any update on this? portable DAP's really need this...

Hi, no news yet, but we passed this feedback on to our devs already 😉
Hi there, just letting you know that the thread Deezer hifi on mobile was moved into this one, as it's the same idea and it's easier to keep track of how popular a request is if it's all in one place 😉
Hi @Alexander Abagian so so sorry for the very late reply and thank you so much for your suggestion. I have moved your topic to this one as it is the same idea ;)

Let's hope we can soon enjoy Hifi on mobile as well!
This is a great idea, I support that!
Hi there, sorry for the very late reply.

We are adding more and more devices that support Hifi as time goes by. Please check out our devices page to see which ones are available: https://www.deezer.com/en/devices

Please keep in mind that has to be developed with other companies and we do our best to offer more and more so all speakers can enjoy Hifi.

Good to hear that! Keep your devs motivated on this Goal 😃

A Familiy HIFI subscription with support for Bluesound devices would be the best thing happening in 2018. 0.o
Hi everyone, the thread Deezer HiFi for all speakers was moved into this one as it's the same request and it's easier to keep track of how popular a suggestions is this way 🙂
Hi @Daeamon.Dmitry sorry for the so late reply. I have moved your idea to this one here as it is in line with this topic. We try to keep every idea together in one topic to better manage it 😉
I hope you guys are rolling out HIFI on mobile devices very soon!
Hi @prostoandrei thanks for your suggestion. I have moved your idea topic to this one as it is the same. Vote for it 😉
Can you confirm that hifi support for mobile is on the roadmap for the foreseeable future. I really want to keep using Deezer as tidal is plagued with bugs. However if there's neither mobile nor Chromecast support in the works thej I'll have to go back to tidal as these are essential features for me personally.
Love everything about Deezer except no night mode and no HiFi on mobile. No point switching from Spotify while this is the case (in regards to no HiFi streaming). Would love to use Deezer!!
Hello!

I like Deezer.

I'm considering to switch to Hi-Fi subscription in the future.

But its a real pity that Hi-Fi subscription works only on desktop app!

Please make it possible to use it on mobile apps.

I'm considering to purchase LG G7, true music lover device!

But i'm not able to listen to HiFi it means i cannot open the full potential of the device!

Modern smartphones have a lot of built in storage = file size is no brainer!

Also i'm not planning to download FLAC via the cellular network.

When you will going to add ability to listen to Flac on the go? :)

HOPE YOU WILL DO THIS
Hi Deezer,

Is it possible to use Deezer HiFi on Bowers & Wilkins PX headphones?

Thank you and best regards,

Petar
