Deezer plugin for Volumio 3

Dear Deezer,

Now is the time ;)

Volumio 3 is released including a new plugin store, so this couldn’t be a better time to build a Deezer plugin for Volumio (or let Volumio do it by providing them an SDK).

Tidal works perfect with Volumio, but the audiophile Volumio users know, that MQA is kind of a scam.
So why not convince them to switch to Deezer from Tidal by providing a beautiful plugin?

Hello @Hubert Lary thanks for your post and sorry to hear that.

The issue could be related to the recent Deezer SDK updates to comply with our latest security updates. Similar issues have occurred with Onkyo and Nuvo, but they were fixed in the meantime.

I have raised the question to our team, but I advise to contact Moon Mind Customer support and let them know about this issue.

If anything need it from their side they should contact internally Deezer Partnership team.

You can always try these standard procedures, but I can’t assure they will solve the issue:

Clear cache/Data in the Moon Mind app
Unlink Deezer service and link again
Unpair all devices and pair them again
Uninstall the Moon Mind app and after rebooting the phone, please install again
last resource as you said, a factory reset

If something comes up from our developers, I will inform you here.

I think the problem with Deezer on Moon Mind 1 is this.Moon Mind Neo ver. 1 is for 1 room only and Mind 2 is for multiple rooms. But Deezer has a subscription for 5 accounts. There was a mix-up during the upgrade SDK. Now if I have Deezer Family and several people, I can't play the player on Moon Mind 1 because it has 1 room. Therefore, there is no problem with Mind 2 and there should be no problem with a subscription for 1 person. Some developer connected Deezer Family to several rooms, and this requires Mind 2.

+1 for a Volumio plugin. I want to move away from Spotify, and Deezer looks like the best option. But the lack of a Volumio plugin is a blocking issue. Otherwise I would have purchased a family plan today.

I am debating between keeping Dezzer and Qbuzz and I am moving towards Qbuzz because its Volumio integration. C’mon guys, it cannot be that difficult :/

Being stuck with Airplay is the worst.

You have your lossless music happily coming out your lovely stereo, and then click a link from a friend, and suddenly your music is gone, and YouTube is blaring a skiing video or something.

The worst.

Please add volumio.

Volumio users are the music people who influence their friends on what music platform to get.

I want my Deezer in my Volumio! Unbelievable, it is not possible…
I suscribe for my family this chrismas, closing my Spotify, pour le made in France. Et je n’ai plus de musique sur ma chaine.
