Deezer Favourite Tracks Limit of 2000 too small - please increase it!

I have a subscription on the application and I have over 1000 tracks but somehow I can’t download anymore songs on my playlist, it wouldn’t download anything.

there's a limit of a 1000 songs per playlist. I suggest creating a new playlist and downloading both (you can have up to a 1000 playlists).

I am use dezzer ,but then I added the last song in playlist,that the last song I don't see in playlist,but then I am delete some songs,that new song I can see, but more then 1600 songs I can't add

There is currently a limit of 2000 songs in favourites and I believe 1000 songs in playlists. You need to create a new playlist and add / copy over the ones to there.

Hello! Firstly I'm not a moderator but I strongly advice you not to put your email address on public forums.

There is a limit of 2000 songs for your favourites and you can only see 1000 on your mobile app at the moment (though Deezer have said they'll change this soon) and a 1000 tracks per playlist though you can have 1000 playlists!

Any news about this topic? Does anyone know if they are going to increase the limit soon: for example after summer?

Just thought to move my tracks from vk to deezer favorites, but found that i have over 800 tracks in vk, which will definetely hit the limit combined with deezer favs 😕

Even VK has 10 000 limit.

Hello Devs just asking to see if you're still working on this... I see it's still a massive bug bear with users here who's collection of music will grow the longer their with Deezer (still most votes in ideas).

Spotify are losing uses due to their restriction which has over 430 pages of users moaning for the last 4 years and they've still not addressed it... I hope you guys don't make that mistake!!!

Any updates would be grateful for all of us who've voted for this 🙂

I'm considering switching from Spotify to Deezer, but I can see there's a lower limit to how many songs I can have on my playlist with you. are you considering raising that limit? I currently have a playlist of about 4000 songs, which I can not move to a playlist at Deezer.

Deezer is working on increasing the number of songs on each playlist to 2000 songs . So it won't be 4000 anytime soon I guess .

Hi, I have a problem with adding songs to my favorite track playlist, which is immanent part of deezer application, by using my iPhone X. When I add songs by pressing heart icon on my iPhone seemingly everything looks good - there is communique that I’ve just added a song but it’s not truth but when I go to favorite track playlist there is no this song:/ The funniest thing is that when a log in to my deezer by WWW on my laptop song which I added exiting in my favorite track playlist.
And one more thing - number of tracks in my favorite track playlist are different in my phone and WWW. Any ideas? Of course I ‘ve already uninstall deezer, restart my phone.
All software deezer and iOS are updated to last versions.

you've probably hit the limit which is 2000 tracks in your favourites but currently you can only see 1000 on your mobile (this is about to be increased to 2000).

i can see them added at favorites on website, but there's no new tracks at mobile app :(

how many favourites do you have? There is a limit of 2000 (and at the moment you can only see 1000 on your mobile device but this is about to be increased to 2000).

In the meantime I suggest added to a new playlist e.g. "FAV2" 🙂

How do I update my play list?
On my selection of songs which is classic rock it shows 1031 songs selected.
Each one is also selected as a favorite.
When I select classic rock "block" to play, it shows only 997 songs on the list
There is a discrepancy in the two lists.


So how do I go about updating the short list ?

Hi @CareBear1, we have a limit of 1000 tracks on phones and 2000 on computers, but our devs are working on it at the moment. 😉
