Deezer Favourite Tracks Limit of 2000 too small - please increase it!

I'm hoping they're paying attention! 🙂 I know you can have 1000 albums AND 2000 in songs in your favourites but I often find it's favourite songs that people have more than complete albums.

Hopefully everyone coming to the community will vote and the devs are paying attention! 🙂 (I'm sure they are!)

I have noticed that there is a 10gig limit on my iphone. how can I increase this limit?

Wait , I can add only up to 1000 albums ? I have 700 already . Why is the limit ?

Hi @MusicIsLife1122 , you can have 1000 playlists with 1000 songs in each of them 🙂 1 million songs are quite a lot 🙂

I agree it is when you look at it that way it is good 🙂

I think the frustration is that a lot of people (including myself) see it the "old school" way of singles and albums. I love Deezer as you keep Favourite Tracks and Albums separate (thank god, when I "heart" a song why would I want the album to appear in my albums and likewise when I "heart" an album why would I want all those tracks to appear in my Favourites!)

When I was younger I used to buy 2-3 albums a month so say 25 a year.. now I'm a *little* big older than a lot on this group say 20 years of doing that puts me at 500 albums (to be fair I'm only up to 464 so far) but I can see why 1000 might a ceiling for some users.

As for Favourites - it's nice just being able to hit the "heart" when you hear a track you like without having to decide what playlist to put it in and again 2000 will a problem for many (again not me yet, I'm over 1k but probably a year or two off 2k) - hence why I posted this having been with other streaming services I didn't want this to be a annoying for your users!

The fact it's most voted is an early indication I'm going to be correct about what your users want.

See Rob 's explanation . I don't want to have playlists with 1000 songs . I want to separate my albums collection from the rest . I'm learning about new artist almost everyday . I for sure reach the 1000 albums sometime in the near future...

Hi @MusicIsLife1122 , @Rob Igo , you are right! There are a lot of music aficionados like us who need more space for the albums! Hopefully Deezer will be able to increase this space before we reach the 1000 albums limite! We will keep our devs posted! 😉
