Deezer Favourite Tracks Limit of 2000 too small - please increase it!

I love hearing new music and when flow suggests a track I love I add "heart" it to my favourites. Having been with you a number of years I'm already over the 1000 number in my favourites and not all of these show on my mobile - please increase this limit 🙂

    We're proud to announce that our favorite tracks limit has been increased to 10,000 tracks! 

    Thank you all for your patience and support while we worked on the delivery of this immense project. We hope you enjoy marking those songs as favorites now :smile:

    This should be a gradual rollout to users, so please stay tuned for more details.

      Thank you for your honest feedback. This hasn't been worked on yet, but it's on the plans for this year - perhaps not increasing the limit, but changing the way users can add music to their favourites :thumbsup_tone2:

      Quite frankly - screw your developers. They’ve proven themselves to be incompetent enough to ignore this issue for two years now. Get c-level management involved, your company WILL lose tons of subscriptions if this doesn’t get resolved soon. That’s not a dev issue, it’s a support issue and needs to be taken seriously for once. You promised resolution soon, and yet its already February and nothing has been done. Even Spotify can do better than this.

      YM stands for Yandex Music or something else? Worth to give it a try. What about their music library and audio quality? It takes too long for Deezer to fix this issue.

      Wow, 2yrs later and still no update! I have just reached my 2000 favourite track limit, pretty disappointing being a paying member :( Surely you guys can just set it to a crazy huge number or infinite?

          It takes favorites when they’re not download as hyperlinks?  To load faster.
          Weight is another point for HiFi users
          Have a look inside Google and Apple music apps to know how they manage to load 100k :grinning:

                One feature that would make this more manageable is the ability to add all Favourites to a playlist. Then a way to clear all current Favourites. So I basically shift them all to another playlist, giving me 2000 more. I don’t want to add this as a separate idea because in the absence of this suggestion it means itching to anyone.

                  I still wonder if a possible solution might be to store Favourites across multiple playlists in the backend, and just merge them seamlessly for the end-user (similar time above, once you hit 2000, automatically roll-off all Favourites and start with fresh, only do this seamlessly to the end-user). Because it seems Favourites are just a hidden playlist that’s presented separately?
